Q: What is the Best Way to Listen to My Hypnosis CD or Mp3 Session?
A:

It’s best to listen to your Hypnosis process at a time and in a place where you can relax without being disturbed. Many people listen to their CD first thing in the morning while still in bed. Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier than you normally need to awaken. In this way you are not taking any time out of your busy day. Most of our Hypnosis processes are equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep!  Some people choose to listen in the middle of the day or at night. If it’s evening we suggest listening while in bed, pillows behind you, but in a sitting up position. The sessions are very relaxing and if listening at bedtime you may fall asleep and not receive all the suggestions for change. The only exception would be for our Deep Sleep Hypnosis session which is designed for you to relax and gently fall asleep.

 
Q: Is it Best to Use Headphones?
A:

Yes. It is best to use headphones or ear buds while listening to our Hypnosis processes. Using headphones will provide a better, more complete, more relaxing and enjoyable experience for you.  Not only will headphones filter out extraneous noise but you will be able to hear and appreciate our special double voice process as it was meant to be experienced and create the natural changes you desire much more quickly and easily.

 
Q: Can I Listen to My Hypnosis CD or MP3 While Driving?
A:

Never listen to Hypnosis while driving. Your Hypnosis process is designed to guide you into a deep state of relaxation which could cause you to feel drowsy. Please listen only at a time when you can close your eyes and relax, not while driving.

 
Q: How Often Should I Listen to My Hypnosis process?
A:

We suggest listening to your Hypnosis session for 21-28 days in succession to create the natural changes and response you want.

 
Q: Can I Get “Stuck” in Hypnosis?
A:

Absolutely not. You cannot get “stuck” in Hypnosis. That is simply a myth. Hypnosis is a guided state of deep relaxation with suggestions to awaken at the end of the program or to drift off to sleep if listening at bedtime. You cannot get “stuck” in Hypnosis which is very much like daydreaming. You will simply come up as directed at the end of the process or when it is time for you to awaken, just as you would wake from a nap or sleep. Most people feel very relaxed and refreshed as if they just had a power nap.

 
Q: How Quickly Can I Expect to Experience the Changes I Want?
A:

Every person and each situation is different. Most people begin to notice changes in reduced stress levels immediately. Hypnosis begins to create positive changes in body, mind and behavior each time you listen or experience it. We suggest listening to your Hypnosis process 21-28 days in succession. Most people begin to feel more empowered and move closer to their goals each day.
